Why not replenish with Chinese supplied weapons? Is this even possible?

It would be interesting for China to supply Russia with Chinese designed weapons for real world use in Ukraine. I wonder if that is possible.

When I mentioned China, I meant they did a good job to reduce and in many cases eliminate their reliance on others. Systematically, through various means over the last few decades. And look at them now. China in 2022 versus 1980 and certainly 1950. A near peer to the US, and Western Europe...

The West keeps critical tech to themselves to make others reliant. Until this is addressed, all others will be at their mercy in some way or another. In this respect, China has done a remarkable job in the last few decades.
