Mongolia has good relations with the US too...that's why I say China should take step to make Mongolia part of China or at least a de facto vassal state...that country between Russia and China could cause problems if controlled by US...maybe support Inner Mongolia independence, Mongolian...

Who owns them for you ? As for PRC and ROC, every country involved accept that PRC is the successor of ROC...If your country does not accept that, then feel free to recognise ROC and cut ties with PRC.
