Seriously, it is not as if the Maoists are having a free run. They are getting their ***** handed back to them too. It is natural for soldiers to prefer a more peaceful posting. They are humans after all. Every sane human fears getting killed.

QFT. Moreover, our state board has hindi as compulsory subject till 10th standard. So every literate person in Arunachal can read, write and speak hindi. The illiterates one can speak it. Hindi is, as Tshering said, a unifying language for more than 30 major tribes and more than 100 sub-tribes...

as a matter of fact we do. Every community has it's own unique and colourful costume. In Aruanchal alone you will find more than 20 major tribes and hundreds of sub-tribes and clans. all with their distinct dress.
