I think there was really no intention of killing someone in this incident. The Philippines knows that it would lose more if they would kill foreigners unintentionally/intentionally.

Our government is famous for the lack of coordination between agencies. They also like tapes, those red colored ones.

That "video" would really clear things up. It would prove their innocence or guilt. Those saying that it would be doctored or manufactured clearly won't accept anything less than a guilty verdict. the PH authorities would look like fools if they do those kinds of things. i'm still waiting for...
