fortunately or unfortunately many call-centers already moved to phillipines... so our filipino friends are anwering calls. India is mainly on the KPOs and IT .... and those don't produce coal fumes and work in normal office hours. And plenty of shale gas in USA doesn't affect this business...

I believe the real reason is not that "chinese wages were low" . and "not now" !! It's because USA does not need chinese coal anymore ... they got shale gas. China still produces 50% of the world's coal ... polluting itself to death, in a way "Death of China" was at play. Should be a happy...
