Hello Blackop, I am not a doctor yet, i am MBBS student. Usually Arm doesn't pain after Donating Blood, but slight pain is normal. Apply antiseptic on that place so that you don't get infection. BTW, that would have already healed by now. Chillax, It's normal and would disappear shortly.
