isn't some controversy, that they will not transfer this technology to TATA India unit even though they own IPR. They accepted this norm and acquired the firm. Don't know they signed the legal document or not.

They don't want to conduct field trials in India.
Instead they ask us trials conducted in joint execrise between both armys in us and India as benchmark.
reluctance by the Americans to offer the critical technology of the missile to India and the unwillingness to take part in field trials.
Are they afraid it will be busted like spike?!
