India is buying both of them. We bought Phalcon AWACS from Israel in 2004 while 3 DRDO AEW&C will be inducted 2015. Besides Phalcon is altogether different class, its bigger, more powerful n has better range but its much more costly too. DRDO AEW&C is more similar to Eyerie than Phalcon.
