ISIS is a bigger threat than PKK. PKK wants an independent Kurdistan for its people while ISIS wants to conquer Turkey and make it part of its barbaric Islamic State. Atleast PKK can be reasoned with by giving Kurds more rights and autonomy. ISIS cannot be reasoned with.
