Actualy, if i were one of them, I'd probably still not want it. I might want a new house in a long term development package. Most of the aid is pocketed though, so I'd probably not ask for that even. Distributing food is important, though if any government was unable to do it, I'd wonder...

Personally I'm against any American help to Pakistan. It's not needed, and will improve faster without it.

I don't think there's a big problem with population growth. When it gets too large, nature will lower it in its own way. I think charity type maintenance is a bad thing though. Question mark over famines. People should only have what they can afford.

Stupid list. Almost as bad as the failed states list. The more wealth a country has the more of a chartiable attitude they have. An even better test would be seeing which countries give the most free resources or have them stolen. They truly are generous souls.
