    If it involves Gripen C/D... Philippines doesn't need to pay right away for Gripen since delivery would start in 2017 and Gripen C/D radar upgrade in 2016/2017 the PS-05/A Mark 4 has radar range of 300 kilometers for RCS of 4 m2 and 0.1 m2 at 120 kilometers.

    120 kilometer figure is for PS-05/A Mark 3 in 2005 when it was introduced to Gripen C/D and since we see in the graph that Mark 3 had improvement from Mark 3 2014 to Mark 3 2015 then I assume it was updated with minor variation and software improvements... So range of Mark 3 2014 is very likely...

    We know that PS-05/A Mark 3 range is 120 kilometers and with this graph shows Mk3 4 m2, Mark 4 has 150% longer tracking range thus 300 kilometers for 4 m2 and guess what, Meteor BVRAAM has range of 300 kilometers...
