what part of subcontracting did you not comprehend ?
China signs a deal to build a thermal power plant based on imported coal in Pakistan. If I am a coal producing country like Australia why should I not sell Pakistan the coal ? If that makes Australia a participant in CPEC so be it
Azerbaijan is land-locked. But they have a conduit through Georgia to export oil and an eager patron in Turkey.
There is nothing India supplied Armenia that could counter weapons Azerbaijan has been acquiring.
Azerbaijan has 3-4 edge in population with huge oil reserves and powerful patron in Turkey. Armenia lacks access to the ocean. Baring support from external patron like Russia or Iran they are another Afghanistan
Probably no money to be made :enjoy:
Burmese junta wants to stay in power. They could care less about who their patron saint is
America prefers less autocratic characters than the Burmese generals. If push comes to shove America has no problems making alliances with the devil. They have done deals with Saudi royals, CCP in China...
China is preferred only if they do not ask anything and provide the money.
MM generals could cut a deal with Uncle Sam to put American intelligence bases on Chinese border. They can cut economic deals with others to offset money.
There is a ban in UK

Dude the generals in Myanmar are no idiots they accept Chinese help only if it has no pre-conditions. You start putting conditions for military bases. they will put China on the same pedestal as the West
That does not make sense. Bangladesh has limited economic issues with China. Hasina is friendly with India. That may be an issue for Uncle Sam.
In any case I expect Bangladesh to thumb its nose at America. Which autocrat wants to give up power ?
