Feminism is one big reason of low fertility.
Everyone in white man land know how bad, rebellious and promiscuous their women are.
There was gender war everyone is western nation and their ally including Singapore.
One big problem of building gallium and germanium refinery is -- high pollution. Meanwhile there are many environazi in white man land -- all funded by white elites.
The defence IC maker will get affected much more. not really TSMC. These includes, Wolfspeed. Qorvo, Skyworks. ADI, TI.
Also very likely Lockheed and Raytheon have their secret private fab.
Keysight have their secret fab.
The Gallium fab dont care about 3nm process. Their process can be mm...
Pentagon has strategic germanium stockpile but no gallium reserves

You can use many material for radar. The key of gallium is high power + high frequency + miniaturization.
No one stop USA from using silicon to build 1700 TR module and put it on F35.
Your aircraft likely requires 5x the surface area.
RF engineers, especially those specialize in radar will know the importance of gallium.
There are really no alternatives in modern radar, unless west want to build their radar with silicon -- which will retard the system by 20-30 years.
Miitary grade GAN is easier to make in process technology as it uses very big node, sometimes um or even mm.
Banning gallium will almost certainly put western military radar to death.
China can create own GAN IC, and after a few generation, Western engineer will be lay off and entire companies...
No alternative for GAN next 20 years. This is problem.
In some application such as X Band radar, the viable alternative is using Silicon MOSFET pay a big price of 3-5x TR module surface area -- making it impractical for many application.
True for China but I am not sure whether it is true for US.
They need Australia and Canada to set up integrated mining system. The refined ores need to go through process to extract gallium. They need to R&D on process technologies.
All these needs central planning and not individual capitalists.
How am I suppose to know exactly top secret aerospace defence product? Some people say F35 consume these much that much rare earth, I bet no one knows. All guess work.
Scarcity will first crush not Lockheed or Raytheon, but their supplier Qorvo, Skyworks, Wolfspeed. F35 can still get supply from past reserve.
Without consumer industries and respective economy of scale, the military grade fab will see price level skyrocket.
There will be loss of engineers...
Let engineer tell you.
The AN/APG-81 TR modules of F35 radar is ALL gallium. It depends on process size and could be a few gram at one TR module. AN/APG-81 has about 1700 TR module.
The dimension of military grade is big.
I have said, US can still get TR module for F35 in black market. But...
A father who committed incest with his daughter in Indonesia has admitted to murdering the seven babies she gave birth to, after he began having sex with her over an 11-year period on the advice of a shaman.
The horrific crimes came to light after five baby skeletons were discovered by workers...
You will see massive black market. USA tech is world biggest consumer of GAN. GAN is going to sky rocket.
US can still use black market for her critical components for Raytheon and Lockheed. But key IC vendors such as Qorvo, Skyworks, ADI, Wolfspeed will quickly see lead time of 10 years for...
GAN is key components for phase array radar.
Raytheon, Lockheed and all these defence contractors in deep sht. A
GAN has almost no alternatives, unless you are going to increase your radar TR module 5x.
Heihe is a city out of nowhere not unlike many remote Russian Siberian town. It is far removed from major cities. It is very difficult to supply. I guess Heihe has an important garrison role to guard the border.
It is likely a logistic hub from border PLA guards.
If VN leaders listen to that PDF race traitor Viet guy, Vietnam will go stone age. He keep glorifying renewables. I keep advocating for Quang Ninh coal.
But then, buying power from China has a big advantage. China will the brunt of higher per capita CO2 and need to plant more tree to offset...
