I guess that after this, the discussion if Iran delivers arms to Russia’s illegal war of aggression is at an end. Iran has abandoned its neutrality and may legally be attacked at will by Ukraine and/or any ally.

With the legal consequence that Iran is now allied with Russia. Which makes it legal for Ukraine to attack Iran in its war of self-defense. If Russia escalates the war and attacks NATO, NATO can legally attack Iran as a Russian ally. Russias war is illegal. Supporting an illegal war is illegal.
