    Trump comments on Iranians retaliation

I am instinctively not inclined to believe anything Trump tells. But in this case, even if Iranians didn't tell this story, they are smart and rational enough to do as the story reveals. Many people want to paint Iran as a Rabid dog. I refuse to bite.

Gigantic Kuffar festival in Saudi Arabia.....while Gaza is being destroyed!!!

This does not prove that assertion, but dances around an important problem: I heard this today morning. https://www.npr.org/programs/morning-edition/ Listen to: MONDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2023 MIDDLE EAST Morning news brief by A Martínez , Michel Martin

🛰️ NASA’s Lucy mission went to visit an asteroid and got more than it bargained for

The most recent large size bolide fell on Russia in 2013. It had a mass of 10,000 tons and a speed of 40,000 miles per hour. There is no technology that may be developed to control an object of this momentum and kinetic energy. In spite of it's large amount of energy (10^15 Joules), it broke up...

China has built Beijing to Taiwan high-speed railway across the Taiwan Strait(under construction)

This is a project that is much more interesting than just swarming Taiwan with military aircraft and ships. It is an engineering challenge as difficult as going to moon but will bring many benefits. With the technology developed in connecting far off islands, one day, it may be possible to...

Still, he is an Arab and he has such intense dislike bordering on hatred for a whole class of Arabs, who have many difficulties and are obviously suffering for a long time. It is not some interpersonal hatred. It is like I have intense hatred for all Texans, just like that.

🛰️ NASA’s Lucy mission went to visit an asteroid and got more than it bargained for

A natural object behaves very differently from a well-engineered reentry vehicle. Nobody would have done an engineering analysis on the composition, strength, distribution of mass etc., on an asteroid. No aerodynamic simulations or wind-tunnel testing is possible. As soon as it enters...

🛰️ NASA’s Lucy mission went to visit an asteroid and got more than it bargained for

Even assuming evil intent, that will be a very expensive program with no guarantee of success. If it collides with earth, it may hit some most unexpected place.

We have to first agree on the problem Mr. Taha is addressing. He is not denying all the injustice and suffering Palestinians are suffering. The issue is how best to agitate for their cause. He is of the opinion the path of militancy has not borne fruit. He is specifically bitter about the...

I think a huge number of Afghans went to Pakistan. If many did not go, probably because they lived in countryside removed from war. At least Afghanistan is a large mountainous country, and they don't have a lot of places to go easily. Gazans could have easily gone to any of the Arab neighboring...

    Gaza-Israel Conflict | October 2023

I think it should be rephrased for accuracy. Nation states have much to lose from helping Gaza militarily. No risk providing humanitarian aid, diplomatic support etc., And yes, a coalition will have stronger impact than individual states as they are small on international scale and impact.

He does not believe in tyranny; he just believes that most Gazans do not believe that death is preferable to their life in Gaza. How many people from Gaza were emigrating out of Gaza to someplace else? If not many. why was that so? You see hundreds of thousands of Africans, Syrians, Afghans...

If you observe U.S. Presidential elections, you don't have any impact whatsoever unless you live in one of the few battleground states. If you live in a battleground state, you should consider a wide range of issues before deciding whom to vote. Single issue voters generally get disappointed as...

Instead of finding fault in him, may be one should consider his belief. He probably believes that getting a large number of people in Gaza killed is not advancing Palestinian cause. I know that may be a minority view. But that perspective exists.
