In fact, my english is really poor ,i can only say some simple english,like this now. In Chinese University,there are four and six levels of english test(CET4 & CET6);I tried twice still failed to pass the CET6! So~~~~~

The Vietnamese are all ignorant,they even don't know what is HSR and They have not seen it; As we know ,HSR is more environmental,because it use electric power,and it can load more people than plane;Vietnamese don't have technology and money to built HSR;they even don't have money to maintain...
