As far as I remember the F22 rcs mentioned (0.3 ) is untreated/coated/ without smart skin. So I believe this is the first step of achieving the lower RCS ( Shape) second step would be some localized modifications/treatments (like edges etc), radar blockers and finally nano paint for radar waves...

The current paint job is with the nano paint ( Radar absorbing paint) which was developed for T-50? In fact there was some video on robotic arm for painting purpose ( to get even layer I believe).
I have a question, Why IN is not looking for nuclear propulsion for IAC2, I believe the one on Arihant can be tweaked ( slightly bigger) to generate the required energy? Is this feasible? or IN not confident about nuclear prop for now?
