MODs are not obliged to answer administrative decisions. We follow strict procedure for issuing penalties and if such decision is taken, the system automatically decides the timeframe based on the previous number of active warnings on each users profile. We do not intervene in automatic procedure of the warning rules so please give some time and your friends will be back soon
