Nops! Still looking for one. Have asked a few guys at couple of banks to get one for me but still no joy.

You will get it from the State Bank counters at Faisalabad. Have you tried there?

Have asked manager at Meezan bank to use his connection at state bank to get one. I am not sure if they are being made available at counters (limited edition).

Do you collect as well?
