So getting title is long term process. right? I pass my day in this forum. And also give suggestion how we can improve this forum.

And about my thread, I really knowingly post conflict types of post . Bcz i was an admin of many forum. Hope u know the mobile chat messenger mig33 forums.

I know how to run a group. by the way , now i m just an old man. Many ppl can't understand y i posting these kind of threat . My bad luck.

You are doing fine,, Information warfare and collecting responses to different situation strategy is part of this game.. also as an admin you know we all need webtraffic too.. so certain threads have to have attraction of content and provocation (within limits offcourse) to get both what we want..

professional tag requires you to submit proof to webby/admin.. Be careful as back scrutiny at times is done especially for new posters applying for professional tags. Just check first whether you are allowed to divulge your professional ID or such detail in an online forum.. You might require a clearance from Public relations Office and Communications Officer

That title comes via winning competitions organised by the management every year. another method is based on your continuous informative posts, you are kept under watch and then promoted. For both they emphasize on quality and require some time like at least 6months to 1 year of continuous quality posts.

Thanks, But still now i didn't saw any admin. I think every title ranker should have their own group. That they can discuses who is applicable and who is not . Then they will go to the administrator. for the final approach.

look for Administrator and Think Tank Chairman and vice Chairman. Start with Admins and later to TT Chmn and VChmn.. Contact webmaster to begin with and also in Suggestions section you can put your views,
