msc in computer science and doing an mphil in defence studies just for the sake of it.

so what does Industrial & Organizational Psychology actually mean or involve and how does it play it part in the world. i have not heard of it before.

Deals a lot with risk analysis, personnel selection, talen acquisition , organizational development. I specialized in risk analysis , so i mainly dabble with that. hehe
