If the uniform is what that General is wearing, then i am really very disappointed. We would now be looking more like the US army, and since we would be wearing something like they do, its gonna be bringing more unpleasing feelings among the people and opposite side can have another propaganda tool in their hands.

Plzzz if you know someone, kindly advice them not to have the US style rank system. We are called their pets, but i sincerely don't wanna start looking like one since we will start dressing like them.

As-Salam-o-Alaikum. If you may be so gracious, please tell me how to improve my physical abilities for ISSB. I have once been "Not Recommended". I did everything very well and i am saying this after careful thought except for Individual Obstacles. I did 4. I could barely jump on to and pull myself up the platform in other tasks. Kindly please help with a training plan or something of that sort.
