The ranking probability depends on whom who are competing against. If the sites on the first page are very strong with organic traffic sites such as Forbes, Amazon, WebMD, Healthy Hearing, etc then of course it's going to be epic hard. The plan is straight and simple:

1) Take out the average content length of the top 5 pages ranking. Prepare your copy or post with a few hundred words increment.

2) Take out their top 5 most vital backlinks to that page (not the site) and work towards obtaining the same and you should outrank them within a few months.

200 blog comments, 100 forum, 25 web2.0 etc are those worth it?

Not even a single one of them is worth it. The industry now requires you to spend on guest posts.

A decent site with some organic traffic is selling guest posts for $10-50 each and by decent I don't mean a website with 40+ DA. I hope that helps.

Just 1 question please if i have to rank keyword "abc" should i create backlinks anchor text "abc" as many as possible or just use brand anchor text?

Think about multiple variants of your keyword and build links with anchor text around them.

I have been facing this from so long and couldnt find why this happening. I am trying to stable and rank one of my keyword but issue is it's hard and it shows like 1 day it appear and second day totally gone don't know if i have been received penalty from google or what on specific keyword but it surely need your advise. Don't depend on GSC stats much. Did you check the keyword manually?
