    You know, i did think about it. Human beeings are strange. When i see syria i feel nothing. When i see Amatrice and my people, tears run down my face. It is interesting how selective we are.

    Sadly we can't relate to people of other culture especially when they look different. I was hurt seeing all the negative propaganda and bashing against ordinary Syrians - from Turks, Indians, Europeans. In their worst times.

    Anyways, it's truly heartbreaking to see those pictures of Amatrice. May Allah give the people of Amatrice strength to weather these tough times and rebuild their beautiful city.
