I am, and I always had the feeling I can make an impression at PAF given my life experiences, and education. I'm a genuine candidate in no need for a job, but a passion to pursue. So yes, willing to give it a go as I graduate.
That's what concerns me as well. I'll be exactly 23 when I...
Hahaha! Yeah I'm 20 now!
I'm doing my Engineering degree first. I've come a long way since then, studying in the UK and now Australia.
Still haven't given up the dream of flying, and GDP.
Great post, thanks. I believe every wing of the armed forces have their own charm and respect. I don't even know anyone in PAF, or don't see why would it be more 'prestigious' than the other armed wings. There's other reasons why I prefer to apply for PAF "GDP" instead. But what you suggested is...
Very good idea :) Although there's reasons I prefer PAF GDP, but thats something I might want to consider in case I graduate. :)
I can't. Thats the problem, if I end up getting the degree I'll be above the minimum age required for PAF GDP. And they don't recruit graduates anymore..
Kindly...
Thanks. So do you guys think I should have no problem with a university transcript instead of F.Sc? note that they do ask for marks in Phys and Maths in their registration form. :s @Xeric can you help?
See thats why I edited my post above to avoid those questions as it will lead to confusion. I did a year long course instead, at the University. Before starting the BSc.
Salam folks,
I'm almost 19 and studying Aerospace Engineering in UK. It has been my lifelong dream to become a GDP in PAF, as evident by my previous posts on this forum when I was 14? :P
Problem is that I haven't done A-levels or F.Sc.
Can I show my first year university transcript instead...
Can anyone tell why are some of them wearing glasses being pilots?
Thanks!

Are you sure about that? your source of info?
I really need to know that as I also want to apply but can't before August, so if thats true then that would be perfect for me. :)
Sorry for not mentioning that, yes I was interested for GDP PAF.
And I am not in Pakistan but in the UK right now, but thanks for your helpful reply. :)
Again, I dont know much but if you think about it sensibly, why would anyone reject you for having a higher qualification than the required one and provided you're still in the age limit?
