For setting up avatar ,you should go to your account (by simply hitting you name at the top right of the page) go to your fried list or edit freind list option, then a new page will be opened at the left side of the page there will be several options ,one of them will be "add avatar or edit avatar" just hit it and then add the image URL of the avatar you want to upload (the image URL can be obtained by simply right clicking the image you want to set as an avatar ,when you will right click the image there will be an option of "copy image URL"

And if you want to upload it from your PC you can also do so .

hy,welcome ,in order to post something you should scroll down the page where you want to post something ,at the end of the page there will be an option with the name "Quick reply" and beneath it there will be a blank box,write whatever you want to post and then hit the "Post quick reply" button, it will be posted

And if you want to quote someone's post ,there will be a ''Quote" option under the post of the person you want to quote ,just hit it it will be quoted ,then write whatever you want to under his post and hit the Post quick reply button

As you are a fresh member so you would not be allowed to post any image or video ,for that you have to post i think 25 or 100 posts then you will be able to post any image or video
