Someone is doing one to one replacement which makes no sense as x+3 or so number of M-III/V are needed to make sure one is available, not sure to the availability rate for F-7s in PAF service. With higher availability rate for JF-17s / J-10 the need drops for needed numbers.

Seems to be standard 600 Gallon Drop tank, makes it as nimble as B-747 perhaps tad bit better.
