u mean ISI or FIA??
if yes n if u are a civilian u have to wait for the add of AD post..it appears in newspapers (for ISI in december usually n for FIA depending on avilability of vacancy)..
for a good career in PSP (police service), go for css examz..

Join the police force---that is where you can your education better----you don't need a degree in criminology to join the world of espionage---i wouldn't recommend it.
