The Gearing Class Destroyer PNS Taimur after her modernisation and upgrading in 1989, during which her weapon and sensors suite was upgraded to include Harpoon surface to surface missiles, Vulcan Phalanx close in weapon system, Argos Apex Electronic Warfare suite and a computer assisted Kelvin Hughes Radar.
