At one time during early in the program there was talk of adding 2 more weapon pylons bringing total to 9 (per PAF ACM at the time, 2008, not sure where). I think there is room for F16/J10 style add on. May mean more upgrade, strengthening wing / intake and fuselage, testing and $$$
