Occasionally you'll get miscellaneous picture sets, if I feel the original set didn't have enough pictures I liked. This is one such ad hoc set comprised of pictures from multiple original sets.

They are good well trained force but the country which they consider there main threat is way to big and therefore instead of depending more on NATO. They need to work more on there Armed Forces and also increase there size. For example Polish Army should be at least 150000. They also need to increase there Air Defence systems.

The Polish Armed Forces already number 100,000 active personal with 20,000 in reserve and 4,500 acting as police as part of a Gendarmerie force.

In addition Poland retains a 80,000 unit strength paramilitary force called the Territorial Defense Group and has initiated an action to train a further 35,000 - a Home Guard of sorts.

Add NATO member states like Germany, the US or Norway who station troops on Polish soil and there's really no reason to increase the size of the Polish Armed Forces by 150%, let alone the Land Forces with a 200% increase from 77,000 to 150,000 as you're suggesting. That's unrealistic and unaffordable.

Modernization, not increased size is what Poland needs most. Modern ships specifically.

No. They need to make sure that instead of every Polish family having one car, one small house, one holiday a year to Spain they get to have two cars, big house, two holidays to Spain ever year rather than wasting it on extra tanks and aircraft.

The threat they have is Russia - the only way of scaring of Putin is have United States of America on your side ready to fight at the drop of a hat along with NATO partners large or small like Norway. You see they don''t bother asking each other are you Catholic, Luthernan, Calvinist, Protestant, Methodist - they just are united in the strongest military alliance on earth from Alaska, Canada to Turkey.

Sorry to @Technogaianist but I felt this point needed addressing and thanks for those images. Shows NATO is alive and kicking.
