From 1994-2005, India has had a total of 47371 fatalities, which includes 22492 terrorist deaths, 6728 security personnel death & 18151 civilian deaths. These figures do not include deaths from left wing (maoist) extremists. From 2005-2011, India (from left-wing extremism only) has had a total of 5233 fatalities, which includes 1743 left wing extremist deaths, 1356 security personnel deaths & 2134 civilian deaths.

What has that got to do with Indian Military? I suppose you certainly do recognize Military Involvement to that Para Military, Military is Not involved in Internal Affairs, Let me make that clear to you...

And Paramilitary Units, Are doing just fine to curb Internal Situations, No one is an Immortal, Atleast they are not allowing it to be happening on a daily basis....

And Do have a check on your link, the death ratio of Indian Security personals with that of the terrorists is 1:4

that was so typical of bilal....lol.... you do not know anything actually ... there is one thing called ARMY and another PARA-MILITARY.

It's not Pakistan where everything is directly or indirectly related to FAUJ (ARMY)

Internal security here in India is dealt by PARA-FORCES.

When 150,000 NATO/US Forces cannot stabilize Afghanistan in 10 years, how can India? The US has invested over $200 billion on shoring up the Afghan National Army (ANA), & they have only fallen back than gone forward. Is India going to invest more than $200 billion in Afghanistan? India has too many of its internal security problems to deal with before trying to help Afghanistan with theirs.

If Pakistan with all its turmoil, smaller armed forces and less resources can train Afghan Military why can't India.
