Indian Travelling in Bullet Train of ChinašŸ‡ØšŸ‡³ | Worldā€™s Longest Bullet Train Network , 70% of The World Total

Mr. Beijingwalker, Why are you proudly displaying a railway system which cannot make profit?

Make it profitable otherwise it will become another OBOR or CPEC :azn:
In China public transports are never designed to make money by themselves, Chinese subways also lose money on operational level, China looks to the overall benefits that they can provide for the whole economy, some research suggest HSR indirectly pushed China's overeall GDP over 2%, China's vast supply chain heavily depends on this network and wherever HSR reaches, it also helps the property of this region big time thus greatly boosts the local economy as a whole.
Do you know why US and India can never make long term plans which very often guarantees handsome returns? cause you guys can never see anywhere farther than your nose.

I wish you had a look at Chinese Stock Market for last 5 years and what you guys have done to Hong Kong Market.

Uncle Sam has reversed its pro-Chinese policy. Under Xi China will not grow economically. Find another leader who can pacify U.S. and let you remain the factory for the world.

best wishes

For how long? China averagely adds over 2,000km new HSR every year, now accounting for over 70% of the world total

And you think it's a flex? With a declining population and slowing GDP growth, expansion of HSR means fiscal burden increasing o the operating bodies who have to rely on debt to run those systems.

Because we aren't stupid to build 42 thousand km of HSR lines, and we're building them only where its needed.

We don't want additional fiscal burden which adds zilch to us.

OCP wallahs shouldn't be talking about "long term plans".

Chinese loves building ghost cities which boosted their GDP. Expanding HSR network is helping economic activity. But if the big MNC's start shifting business out of China and its economy slows down, then China would be facing a severe debt problem.

India registered record trade deficit year on year and you are developing? don't try this hard to fool yourself, we Chinese see with our own eyes what have changed and been improved in the past 10 years. what make you believe you are in any position to tell China what kind of leader China needs? A one like your Modi? God forbidden

Lol.. we are stupid for building so much and you are smart to build nothing, enjoy your slum , no hygine,no toilet, no running water life.

We never want China to have a leader like Modi.

Do compare any economic parameters with India of last 10 years in percentage term and do share in which field India is not competing with China. We are 15 to 20 years behind you and would like to bridge the gap in less than 20 years.

The improvement that you people are witnessing is the fruit of your hard work of last 35 years and the blessings of Uncle Sam. My free advice: Don't bite the hand that feeds you.

best of luck

Lol, China doesnt need a leader that kisses up to the Yankees like your Indian leader. Besides, Yankees will never be happy with China no matter whoever is the leader.

Chinese building of what ghost cities ? You Indians are just jealousy of Chinese development.

A Canadian talking about "kisses up to the Yankees"

We are happy building what suits us, we don't indulge in insecure d1ck measuring contest in the world with building everything excess just to show numbers to the world.

Bulllet trains aren't ghost towns which are cheap to build, operate and maintain. Its your finances your choice but we aren't stupid enough to build 42,000 km of HSR no matter how cool it might sound. Its just an NPA generator.

And batmunchers shouldn't talk of hygiene and all...

Sorry, but there countries much better than you in every aspect like USA running CADs every year.

So, keep doing. and keep on thinking that others might be doing the same.

Right now, Uncle Sam is so desperate to get India on its side. Canadians will be shocked to see the kind of strategic arrangements that will be offered to India.

Lol, your India is nothing more than a tool for the Yankees to contain and antagonize China. Only fools can't see Uncle Sam's trap. Don't flatter yourself.

You think too much of your Uncle, US share in China's trade is becoming smaller and smaller each passing year while China's overall trade and surplus keeps rising.
do you know why US start to seek talk and mend ties with China while China doesn't seem to be interested? cause China has the global supply chain firmly in its hands thus holds all the cards.

I also agree that you should fix your hunger problem first. Your HSR project with Japan doesn't seem to go anywhere.

But 20 years ago. Made-in-China were already all over the world. Where is made-in-India?

Logically only real lines that result in massive gdp growth are the freight trains.
High speed trains only stop people from relocating to near the work place, and may result in some growth in small nearby towns, as there population is able to stay at home town.
But usually they also move , no 1 likes to travel daily long distances if they have an option.

Even modi high speed train I'd just Vote bank project. India needs more semi high speed but cheaper trains.
