How War in Ukraine is Destroying Russia

What's that have to do with Inflation.

Mind you, Samsung still operate in Russia, that is a samsung official store in Russia.
For Russians, if they can't afford a new phone, they buy a second-hand phone. This is different from food and gasoline.

Well, I can say if you can't afford gas and food, you just don't drive and eat less.

Again, what's that have to do with Inflation??

Inflation is a concern for Europeans.
Dude, 10% inflation is not really a concern for European when they are earning 50k Euro a year. It will be a problem for average Russian earning less than $1000 a month.

I mean unless you are seriously naive, Rest of Europe can most definitely last longer than Russian before the run out of money. For Western European, it's about using Premium brand toilet paper or stock brand toilet paper or Cooking at home instead of going out for dinner. For Russian, it's about you can't eat anything other than Potatoes, because you can't afford anything else other than Potatoes.

After winter, the war slows down, and then it depends on who has strong endurance. The European economy will enter a recession.

10% inflation will not trigger a recession. And the main reason for the inflation in Europe is because they have dump billions and trillions of dollars during COVID and now reopening, which mean the longer it goes on, the better the economic position Europe will be.

Russia on the other hand is heading for a decline, with diminishing workforce and sanction on their economy. The pre-war 450 billions oil and gas sector will NOT be enough to help the 1.4 trillion economy plus the war cost. It's simple accounting act on how to balance the book. Even if I give you 300 billion surplus every year, that mean the Russian government spending is roughly 1 trillion every year, how are you going to spend it with a increased defence budget and decreased oil and gas sale??

Russia IS heading to a serious recession, EU is not. In fact, one coud argue the worse day for EU is almost over.

I'm tired of collapse vids. One day USA's gonna collapse, next day China's gonna collapse.....blah blah blah. My bet is that Russia, USA, and China will be fine.

Dude, are you really that lack of resource and have to account on Spanish website that nobody have heard of?

Also, that Spanish piece said Germany WILL recover in late 2023. In case you are wondering.

On the other hand

Europe always underestimates Russian endurance.

It's one thing to underestimate Russian endurance, it's another thing Russia need a miracle to get out of this jam. On the other hand, I can say the same thing to Russian, Russian ALWAYS underestimated European Endurance.

Again, it's simple accounting balancing the book. You have 1 trillion dollars' worth of Government Expense. and you have no other way to earn except China and India is buying heavily discounted oil and gas that before the war only worth 450 billion. And that's BEFORE the war expense kick in.

You do the maths.

Why not quote Tucker Carlson?

And lol, sure bring on the Nuclear War, everybody dies, happy??

Dude, you are going WAY off and live in la-la land, I am not going to talk to you anymore.
I hope Ukraine and Russia can achieve peace.Russian power does not pose a threat to Europe. China hopes that Eurasia can maintain peace.Russia can decline, but it cannot collapse.

Dude, Russia will not collaspe because they started this war, they can pull out anytime they wanted. It's not like Ukraine will go into Moscow after Russian pull out. All these restrain in Economy goes when Russia leave Ukraine. Which means it always depends on the Russian administration.

Whether they are stupid enough to choose war than their own economic survival is their business. But as this stand, both US and EU bloc refused to do business with Russia, both combine worth 2/3 of the world economy, with that, if the war continue, they will go broke, and that's a no brainer.

This requires Russia and the West to negotiate and solve the problem.
