Not sure how it works in Pakistan, but in these parts - unless you've paid off the auto-loan, the car remains under the Bank until you've paid off the entire amount, so your post is kinda off course.

way way wayyyyyyyyy far away .. so roughly 1 hour drive with moderate Traffic , but the catch here is that back side of that close amusement park is very slumly like area , as we call it Kachi abadi , and also part of it touch the Liyari express way if you go a bit off road .

Hmm , i doubt it because its in one of the Posh areas of Karachi, If i was a bad person I can easily burry Weapons in many Kachra Kundi Parks in Slum areas or Kachi abadi where its easier to hide, and Police/Rangers don't go there often .

All of the terrorists were Pakistani nationals and it would have been normal for them to rent or buy a car if they had money.

Police presence is always high in PECHS , and surrounded areas as @Areesh points out, its very close to Shara-e-Faisal and Karsaz ,there is also a Air base close by ..
