In my opinion, overall he has had a successful tenure and a good CNS for Pakistan Navy. He has successfully begun the long awaited modernization plan to strengthen Pakistan Navy in all arms whether it is submarine force, Corvettes for surface warfare, FAC or Sea Kings etc. He has also highlighted the image and importance of Pakistan Navy that as a potent and integral arm of Pakistan Armed forces.
