Want to join Pakistan Army as GDMO, but?

helow.

I am currently an mbbs final year student in a govt medical institution,
and I wish to join pakistan army as GDMO. I have gone through the forum and found it really helpful since many poeple are guiding here too good . Thanks for that.
But still, i have certain questions in my mind:

1. For joining as GDMO, is it enough to keep visiting joinpakistanarmy website to find out when will registrations start ?

2. Can you give me an idea how many candidates apply each year (coming from civilians) to join army as GDMO ? and how many get selected ?
(somebeody gave me a rough idea that out of many thousands just 50 or 60 get selected )

3. Lastly, please work it out for me :
i'll be free from my final exam in februrary 2012 (i think), will it some how have a clash with schedule of army registrations? or ISSB ? For i have heard that the PMA short course starts in MAY ! Will there be a clash ? What am i gonna do then ?
