So @niaz Bhai lay the facts bare for us - Where do we stand when it comes to ship building ?

Not in terms of whether we can compete with the world or not or how much of the global market we've captured but whether we have the required resources (human & natural) to actually build half a decent logistical vessel or vessels for the PN & some of our Civilian Operators of a medium class tonnage ?

I have never seen helicopter in tanker is it new thing or it happens

Its quite common to have Helis in Naval tanker ships.
Indian Navy's ALL tankers have aviation decks and helis in them.

PN has now a clear option. They should give the one US tanker along with OHP to Turkey and also sell back to China their Tanker. More over, Build at least 4-6 Tankers that would be able to carry next generation Special Force Submarines of 110-210 Tons Class one on each side of the Ship.

More over, taking help from Turkey and China to build to Naval Bases in Jiwani and Gwadar East and West Zones and also build Ship yards there...
