Belarus was created by Communist party in 1921. Russia considers Belarus lost land that will be returned by force.

Russia a power that seeking its lost glory. It has a population that is fast shrinking, a population that is mostly alcoholicss and dying of suicide/depression/unemployment. The Russian economy without oil/gas is nothing. Putins rules Russia like the mafia and without anything to show his population his popularity will decrease.
