Obviously it is targeting Taiwan.

The most interesting part is extensive use of various unmanned vehicles and they are smart enough to maneuver autonomously, say working as robots.

All those are for sea and ground. I can imagine, when the amphibious assaults start, the sky will be filled by high-end drones such as GJ-11, CH-7, WZ-8, Wind Shadow, etc. Actually as reported WZ-8 did fly across the island of Taiwan, of course in near space.
