With advent of latest Acquistion the army and Airforce sams can provide medium Ans high altitude medium /long range coverage to Karachi and gawadar but pasni/Jinnah and other naval ports are pure navy so may need a little better coverage than shoulder held sams

Yea , The PN will eventually acquire medium range SAM systems as well , though since all PN sites along the coast have airbases next to them (pasni , Omara , gwadar ) so PAF batteries can cover those gaps , like how PAF radars are deployed along the coast currently with a TPS43 at gwadar and TPS77 at Pasni , while PN HGR106 radars are only used with towed AAA positions.
