Pakistan has a significant potential for the development of its blue water economy, which refers to the sustainable use and management of its marine resources, including fisheries, aquaculture, oil and gas exploration, shipping, and tourism.

Not only Pak, the whole world which has a coastline attached to it. We can harvest an almost limitless amount of energy and food from it, if we keep it healthy.

Well this is not in the interests of jenetals of Foujistan.
Developed middle class will ask for rights, if people are not worried about being hungry they will ask for better education, better judical system, better bureaucracy, better justic system. Will ask questions why is military getting the cream of the creap in everything and why middle class is paying for that. Will ask for accountability.

So a weak middle class, keep them busy in daily life so they dont care about what few chosen are getting
