Today i tried to send PM to a member and saw this notification on the PM window...
What does it mean?

We used to be able to send PM after 2000 posts,has it been raised...??

I just tried to send PM to myself on test basis and got this message..

To be able to send PMs your post count must be 10000 or greater.

You currently have 6930 posts and you can send PMs to following users only:
blain2, TaimiKhan, Elmo, Oscar, WebMaster, Asim Aquil, AgNoStIc MuSliM, Rafael, Zakii, ANTIBODY, Irfan Baloch, Adios Amigo, T-Faz, WDN

looks that way... seems admins just want to keep pm for themselves, moderators.. and a elite few

is like the illuminati lol

Its mostly for the backdoor pm'ing that takes place to gang up on a few within the forums. Or could be to close a security door.

so why not just disable the pm's of the few that abuse people in pm etc

i guess very few ppl will be able to pm.. and those who do abuse in pm, soon as they hit 10000 posts they will do the same.. then it will be lifted to 15000...
