‘Kashmir integral part of Pakistan’

LAHORE: Pakistan’s academia will never let the Kashmir issue buried before it gets resolved, this was said by Government College University, Lahore Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Khaleeq-ur-Rahman in his message on Kashmir Day.

According to a press release issued here on Tuesday, the VC said Kashmir was an integral part of Pakistan and its importance would never change for us. He said politicians of Pakistan and India should make serious attempts to resolve that critical issue and it was in the national interests of both the countries.

He said that peace in the region was directly linked to the Kashmir issue and all other countries in the region should also put pressure on India to resolve the issue. He said the Kashmir issue had been the most discussed topic in tutorial groups at the Government College University, Lahore. He said that relationship between India and Pakistan should improve to safe the future of young generations in the region.

So i guess the Vice Chancellor should be taken as an authority on the subject?

we have been at odds with each other for 65 years on the same subject. fought 4 wars and one VC comes along and we should accept it. .... for ever Pakistani who says its integral part of his country 5. Five Indians can say its a part of India . what does it prove?
