If not in Pakistan Super League, Pakistan should request Khalistan (movement) to send their Cricket team to Pakistan to play in Pakistani domestic tournaments. It may piss off India but that's ok because they are not our friend.
India will ever allow Pakistani players to play in IPL, they consider us their biggest enemy. Their politicians win elections on war mongering against Pakistan.
