"How Can We Fight (Pak) F-16s Without Rafale?" Centre Argues In Top Court
"How can we (IAF) fight F 16 (PAF) without Rafael planes" stated by Indian AG in Rafale deal review petition proceeding going through Indian Supreme Court under three judge bench presiding by Indian SC CJ. This clearly shows the PAF air superiority over indian fleet of Mig 21 (which they claim they used to shot down F 16), Mig 29, Mirage 2000, Jaguar & SU-30 MKI.
Also today same AG of India testify in Indian SC that important document related to Rafael deal has been stolen from Indian Ministry Of Defense. These development along with Fire breakout in Indian Airforce office in New Delhi today raised serious eye brows about this Rafael Deal. Also under the context of investigation of this Rafael deal Indian govt in Jan 2019 appointed new CAG (Auditor General) to postpone or at least put hurdle in audit of Rafael deal. Beside this CJ of Indian SC have been facing agitation & strike from other SC judges of India which also add spice & pressure related to Rafael deal. Same CJ is heading the bench of Babri Masjid/Ram Tample case.
These above stated indicators clearly pointing out that BJP govt will consider another misadventure with pakistan as they are facing political pressure, humiliation of planes shot down by pakistan and they want to divert attention of indian public and SC proceeding related to corruptions in Rafael deal. Modi & BJP has been using Indian armed forces as a tool for political gains and to seal their next term after severe defeat in 5 state election and rise of congress along with its alliance with other political parties.
