Benazir Bhutto was the first PM of the Muslim world and Pakistan. But she faced opposition from the right-wing parties and the powerful Establishment. She claims that then-President Ghulam Ishaq Khan, Army Chief General Mirza Aslam Beg, former ISI chief General Hamid Gul and Osama bin Laden conspired to bring down her government through a no-confidence motion. Nawaz Sharif, Fazal-ur-Rehman and MQM leader Altaf Hussain also supported the Motion.
