It has everything to do with technocrats. It's not about Dabbu or Punjab Speed, politicians by every measure are incompetent. You either sign a law to post competent people to ministries, or just keep arguing over why politician x was better than politician y because he was dabbu, or a lota or a kaneez e aala.
