The ceremony was held during his visit to the National Radio Telecommunication Corporation (
NRTC), an Information Communication Technology (ICT) & electronic equipment manufacturer and solution providers to public and private sectors, in Haripur.

General Qamar, the Inter-Services Public Relations said, lauded the role and unrelenting efforts made by NRTC during the last three years, and assured his full support in its “innovative initiatives”.

Meeting with Japanese minister

Separately, Japan’s senior deputy minister for foreign affairs, Kanasugi Kenji, called on General Qamar at the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi.

“During the meeting matters of mutual interest, overall regional situation and bilateral cooperation in various fields were discussed,” according to the military’s media wing.

The Japanese minister appreciated Pakistan’s contributions for conflict prevention in the region, and pledged to keep working for better relations between the two countries.

The priority that PAF is putting on Electronic warfare is really admirable and credit where it's due. I hope IAF focuses more on electronic/cyber warfare, anti-jamming and integrated air defence system capabilities
we have our success with that on 27 feb. 2019 buddy, as for u, dont worry u have little israel to help u with it, and its already doing a lot under the table for u guys since 27 feb.

Koral EW we need to see in our inventory

Also Chinese Y-9G EW/ECM and Y-9JB ELINT/Reconnaissance are very intetesting too.

Our Falcon DA-20's proved their worth on 27th Feb along with the ecm pods of F-16 and JF-17. However the former will need to be replaced at some point plus only 3 aircraft isnt enough.

Though this new R&D Facility should help us to become more independent in this field. InshaALLAH
