Not so sure about that, especially in the wake of so many accidents, crashes and dud weaponery

IAF has the reputation of rejecting some of the best aircrafts in the world,like the Typhoon,Panavia Tornado,MiG-35 etc.

Accidents and Crashes have more to do with the high amount of hours IAF flies,unlike some who have to cancel basic fly pasts and demonstrations during national ceremonies due to budgetary constraints.

Dud weaponary,there have been some isolated events,but considering what IAF has demonstrated so far,duds aren't in the picture.
